Steamatic will visually inspect the damage to the structure and its contents. Smoke and fire damage is usually not totally destructive and many items can be restored to pre-loss condition. Your Steamatic representative will provide you with a Scope of Work and a cost estimate for recovery. Upon acceptance, we begin the fire damage restoration process quickly. - Contents
Emergency preservation procedures are promptly implemented for items such as electronics and papers that can quickly deteriorate. We will then evaluate items to determine if they can be cost-effectively restored. - Pack Out of Contents
Contents will be documented, inventoried, and made ready for pack-out and delivery to our secure storage facility for cleaning, restoration, and / or storage until structure restoration is complete. - Structure
Structure restoration for your fire damage will involve debris removal, deodorization, and dehumidification. Cleaning of ceilings, walls, floors, fixtures, air ducts, and hard/soft surfaces is performed from the top-down to control fallout. - Final Inspection
